Hi all, I was able to fix my engine although It appears that part of my original problem may be due to a missing piece. I also do not have any throttle control on my engine, the only thing related to throttle that is functioning is the switch stop. It looks like there should be some spring/linkage in between the lever connected to my throttle and the Carb but there is not.
