Posted January 17, 2015. I have browsed the internet in search of a fix to my hard steering problem. 1994 Mercruiser 4.3 L in a Chap 1930 bow-rider. The engine was replaced recently but the steering problem was difficut to turn before the new engine.. The steering is hard to turn in both directions.

Hi Guys, Ive done a bit of a search and even though there is a fair bit of info on power steering, im having a bit of trouble working out whats wrong with mine.
