Hey gang, Just a quick question. I am in the process of moving some of my all copper loop and I was curious if it was safe to use Oxygen Barrier Pex instead of copper? If not I will just use copper, just thought it would be easier.

In the simplest hydronic distribution system, all heat emitters are connected into a common loop, or “circuit,” with the heat source. In this arrangement, the water temperature gets progressively lower as it moves from one heat emitter to the next. I'm looking for help in cleaning up the wiring for my heating system. As the pictures show, it's a mess, and I'm planning on re-wring it all this summer. update: The view is pretty close to an elevation view. I use baseboard heat and no heat on two pipes plus gurgling, dripping, etc., was my indication that there was no heat. Locating the bleeders helped me get hot water to the rest of zone 2. Bleeding the air manually seemed like it should have worked and I discovered today that the issue was related to this thermostat valve. This is about installing hydronic radiant floor heating in a slab floor system. While it was done as a new house was being built, in my last house I poured a concrete floor on top of a wood framed floor system and could have put radiant heat in that as well. The system works via pex pipe, a small pump, a water heater, and a thermostat.
