38 2004 hyundai elantra belt diagram

On August 14th I got my belts replaced because they would squeal when I started my car and there was a bit of wear on one of them and the squealing went away. However, earlier today on September 14th my belts squealed when I started it in the morning at 12:00 PM but it didn't happen later in the day at 5:30 PM. It only squeals when I start it up and it immediately stops when I start driving in reverse or drive. It doesn't squeal when I accelerate, brake, or turn. The car has 104,500 miles on it ... The timing belt and water pump were replaced in 2016 at 60k. It's been 5 years, but now only has 72k miles. Does it need to be done at the 5 year interval regardless of mileage?
